Leitz WOW A4 document wallet, red, polypropylene PP

The Leitz WOW Red A4 envelope folder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and is designed to store and protect A4 documents. With external dimensions of approximately 254 mm width, 330 mm depth and 38 mm height, this slim envelope-style folder keeps papers flat and secure while resisting moisture and everyday wear. Its vibrant red colour makes documents easy to identify in filing systems, bags or on shelves.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides flexibility and tear resistance, ensuring repeated use without losing shape. The envelope format offers full-cover protection for sheets, preventing dust and spills from reaching your documents. Lightweight design keeps the folder portable while still accommodating a practical capacity for reports and loose sheets. The bright red finish improves visibility and fast retrieval among neutral-toned folders.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting A4 reports and single-sheet documents
• Organising project papers, invoices and receipts
• Separating subject folders for school or office use
• Protecting important documents from dirt and moisture

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• External dimensions: approx. 254 mm × 330 mm × 38 mm
• Designed format: A4 sheets
• Colour: red
• Weight: approx. 0.29 kg

How to use

Slide A4 documents into the envelope opening so that the sheets lie flat inside the folder. For better protection, place heavier or folded items at the back and align the top edges before closing. Use the folder on its own or combine several folders in a lever-arch or box file for long-term storage. Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if required; avoid aggressive solvents.

Recommendations

Store the folder upright or flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to minimise colour fading and material distortion. Do not overload beyond the recommended thickness to maintain closure integrity and protect document edges.
