FEIN 63717082033 Sanding Sheet 50 pcs

FEIN 63717082033 sanding sheet set contains 50 abrasive sheets in five grit sizes for general-purpose sanding on wood, paint, metal, plastics and other materials. The sheets use aluminum oxide abrasive with a full resin bond to provide efficient material removal, reduced glazing and extended lifetime. The pack includes hook-and-loop backed, unperforated sheets in quantities that save compared with buying single items.

Advantages

The FEIN sanding sheets deliver consistent performance across coarse to fine grits (60, 80, 120, 180, 240). Aluminum oxide combined with a full resin bond ensures fast stock removal and good durability while limiting glazing. Hook-and-loop backing allows quick attachment and replacement on compatible sanders. The set composition (10 sheets of each grit) provides a ready selection for different stages of sanding.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and shaping wood surfaces
• Removing paint, rust or old finishes from metal
• Preparing plastic or composite surfaces for finishing
• Progressive sanding from rough to fine grit in repair and finishing work

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, starting with coarser grits (60–80) for material removal and moving to finer grits (120–240) for smoothing and finishing. Fit the sheet to a compatible hook-and-loop sander, ensure the sheet lies flat and is securely attached, then sand with even pressure and consistent strokes. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance diminishes or glazing occurs.

Recommendations

For best results, match grit progression to the material and stage of work, use dust extraction if available, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask.
