Tips

For best results, pair this tool with Festool 18V batteries and a Festool mobile dust extractor to keep the work area clean. Use the variable speed dial to lower the oscillation rate for delicate materials like veneer or plastic, and increase it for fast cutting in wood or drywall. Always use the correct accessory for the task—plunge-cut blades for flush cuts, sanding pads for finishing, and scrapers for adhesive removal.
