Fibre Optic Patch Cable Digitus LC (APC) / LC 2m OS2 DK-293LCA3LC-02

FO patch cord, duplex, LC (APC) to LC (PC), singlemode OS2 (9/125 µm), 2 m. The Digitus LC (APC) / LC singlemode fiber optic patch cord is designed for high-performance network connections where low insertion loss and stable signal quality are required. It is built to industry standards for singlemode OS2 fiber and fits LC duplex ports used in telecommunications and data center equipment.

Advantages

The LC (APC) to LC (PC) patch cord provides precise connector geometry and low back-reflection due to the APC polished end on one side and PC on the other. Its 9/125 µm OS2 fiber core supports long-distance singlemode transmission with minimal attenuation. The 2 m cable length offers convenient reach for rack-to-rack or patch panel connections while maintaining stable optical performance.

Suitable for

• Data centers and server rooms
• Telecommunication equipment and central offices
• Patch panels and fiber distribution frames
• Optical links requiring LC duplex connections

How to use

Inspect connectors for dust or damage before connecting. Align the LC duplex connectors with the corresponding LC ports and insert until they click into place. Use the APC end where low back-reflection is required (for example, at transmitters or sensitive receivers) and the PC end as the mating connector on the other device. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and secure the patch cord to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Store and handle the patch cord in a clean environment, use dust caps when not connected, and perform regular visual inspections. Choose the APC-to-PC configuration intentionally to match equipment requirements for return loss and polarity.
