Fischer 41901 Wall Plug

The Fischer 41901 screw anchor is engineered for secure fastening in masonry and concrete substrates. Designed for applications requiring strong load-bearing anchorage, this wall plug accepts a drill hole diameter of 12 mm and requires a minimum drill hole depth of 95 mm. Supplied in a pack of 50 pieces, the anchors are ETA-certified for consistent quality and predictable performance in building and renovation tasks.

Advantages

These wall plugs offer reliable mechanical expansion and consistent holding power in solid base materials such as brick and concrete. ETA certifications confirm compliance with European performance and safety standards, providing documented suitability for structural and non-structural fixings. The 12 mm diameter and 95 mm embedment depth enable the anchor to accommodate a range of screw sizes and achieve deep engagement for improved pull-out resistance. The bulk pack of 50 pieces supports larger installations and reduces the need for frequent reordering.

Suitable for

• Fixing heavy fixtures to concrete and solid brick
• Mounting shelving, handrails, and brackets
• Anchoring structural and non-structural components in renovation projects
• General construction fastening where certified anchors are required

Key specifications

• Recommended drill hole diameter: 12 mm
• Minimum drill hole depth: 95 mm
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces
• Base materials: concrete, solid brick
• Certification: ETA performance-tested

How to use

Drill a clean, straight hole with a 12 mm masonry drill bit to a depth of at least 95 mm. Clean the hole of dust and debris using a brush or compressed air to ensure full contact between the anchor and the substrate. Insert the Fischer wall plug flush with the surface, then drive or thread the appropriate screw into the anchor until the recommended torque or manufacturer's guidance for the chosen fastener is reached. Check alignment and final tightness to avoid over-torquing which can reduce holding capacity.

Recommendations

Use these anchors only in suitable solid materials such as concrete and solid brick; do not use them in hollow or aerated blocks unless specifically permitted by additional verification. For load-critical or safety-related installations consult structural guidelines and use the appropriate screw size and torque values. Store packs in a dry place and inspect anchors for damage before use.
