Gedore 2297167 Ring Spanner

The Combination Wrench Gedore 2297167 is a hot-forged, matt chrome-plated spanner made from Gedore vanadium steel (31CrV3). It combines a flat UD profile with identical end sizes and a hollow, warp-resistant geometry featuring a double T-girder effect. The jaw is ground exactly to spanner size and the tool includes a locking insert and manganese-phosphated pawl for ratchet loosening and fast tightening. Working angle varies by size: 7° for 8–15 mm, 6° for 16–27 mm and 5° for 30–36 mm. Depth is 40 mm, height 10 mm and weight approximately 197 g.

How to use

Select the correct wrench size for the fastener and engage the jaw fully onto the nut or bolt. Use the ratchet direction for quick tightening and switch for loosening as required. For bit-ratcheting functions, fit adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (ordered separately) and operate the wrench as a (bit) ratchet. Apply steady force aligned with the handle to avoid slipping and ensure full jaw engagement to protect fastener edges.
