gira Schuko socket with lock model 456730 (KD) is a flush-mount compatible Type F mains outlet with an integrated keyed locking mechanism. Flush-mount compatibility allows installation into typical wall boxes and panels, maintaining a low-profile appearance. The unit’s grey finish offers a neutral aesthetic that blends with many interior schemes. It retains all electrical characteristics of a regular Type F Schuko socket while adding the security of a lock.

When it may not be suitable

This locked Schuko socket is not suitable where free, immediate access to mains power is required by multiple users or in emergency scenarios where locking could delay response.
