HAZET 9041D-1 Digital Pressure Measuring Device

The HAZET 9041D-1 is a handheld digital pressure gauge designed for accurate measurement of pneumatic pressures within a 0–12 bar range. It has a compact form factor and an ergonomic housing that accommodates straightforward one‑hand operation. The instrument includes a blue backlight for improved visibility in low light and runs on standard AAA 1.5 V batteries, offering simple power replacement and field usability. With a weight around 385 g and a small footprint, the gauge is suitable for mobile use and storage in a vehicle or workshop.

Advantages

The digital readout delivers clear, precise pressure values for repeatable measurements. Blue backlighting enhances legibility in dim environments, while the compact and lightweight construction supports portability. Battery operation eliminates the need for external power sources, and the robust casing is built for everyday automotive and workshop conditions. The device’s measurement range covers typical tyre and system pressures encountered in passenger vehicles and light commercial applications.

Suitable for

• Measuring tyre pressure on cars and light commercial vehicles
• Routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Mobile technicians and roadside service tasks
• Workshop use for quick pressure checks

Key specifications

• Measurement range: 0 to 12 bar
• Display: digital with blue backlight
• Power supply: AAA batteries (1.5 V)
• Weight: approximately 385 g
• Dimensions (approx.): 262 mm width × 105 mm depth

How to use

Switch on the gauge and allow the display to stabilise. Attach the gauge securely to the valve stem to ensure an airtight connection, then read the pressure value on the digital display. Use the backlight when working in low light to improve visibility. After measurement, remove the gauge and replace the valve cap. Replace batteries when the display indicates low power or when backlight brightness diminishes.

Recommendations

Check tyre pressures when tyres are cold for the most accurate readings, and compare measured values to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended pressures. Store the gauge in a dry place and avoid exposure to strong impacts or prolonged moisture. Periodically verify accuracy against a calibrated reference instrument if used for professional or regulatory checks.
