HellermannTyton Cable Scout Cam-DIV-BK inspection camera module 897-90060

The HellermannTyton Cable Scout Cam-DIV-BK is a dedicated inspection camera module that plugs directly into the Cable Scout Basic and Deluxe display units, turning your existing tester into a visual inspection tool for conduits, ducts, cavities, and false ceilings. Unlike standalone borescopes with built-in screens, this camera leverages the Cable Scout's display and power, keeping the system compact and cost-effective.

Highlights

• Compact 9.5 mm camera head fits into narrow openings
• Four integrated white LEDs illuminate dark spaces
• 1 m flexible cable with 2.5 mm jack plug for easy connection
• Fixed focus from 30 mm to infinity for simple operation
• QVGA CMOS sensor provides clear 320 x 240 pixel images

In daily use

The camera head is only 20 mm long, allowing it to navigate tight bends and small apertures. The 60° field of view gives a wide perspective, while the LED lighting ensures visibility even in unlit conduits. Powered directly from the Cable Scout unit, there are no batteries to replace. The durable plastic and metal construction withstands typical jobsite handling within its operating temperature range of 0°C to +45°C.
