helos 205226 patch cable RJ-45, plug-to-plug, 15 m

Patch Cable helos 205226 RJ-45, male-to-male, 15 m is a 15-metre Ethernet patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It provides a physical network connection for devices such as switches, routers and computers, enabling data transfer across wired local area networks. The cable is intended for standard home and office cabling where a longer reach is required for flexible device placement.

Advantages

The cable delivers a stable wired connection that is not affected by wireless interference and supports common Ethernet networking tasks. Its 15 m length allows for flexible routing between distant devices without using additional extension points. The standardized RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with typical network ports and simplify installation. The cable construction balances flexibility and durability to withstand routine bending and placement in office or home environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs and laptops to routers or switches
• Wiring network devices in home offices and small business setups
• Extending connections between wall ports and network equipment
• Temporary network setups for events, testing, or diagnostics

Key specifications

• Cable type: twisted pair Ethernet patch cable with RJ-45 male connectors
• Length: 15 metres
• Connector type: 8P8C (RJ-45) male on both ends
• Application: wired LAN connections for switches, routers, PCs and similar network devices
• Typical environment: home and office cabling
• Flexibility: designed for standard routing and periodic movement; suitable for fixed or semi-permanent installations

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your network device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are inserted until they click to confirm a secure physical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; secure it with cable ties or clips if needed to maintain tidy cabling. For best results, keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as heavy electrical equipment.

Recommendations

Use the cable for wired connections where stable throughput and low latency are required. When installing in permanent or high-traffic areas, avoid extreme bending radii and protect the cable from mechanical damage. If longer distances or higher performance classes are needed, verify that the cable category and network equipment support the desired data rates before deployment.
