How to use

Place loose A4 sheets inside the holder so they lie flat against the fibreboard. Use the document holder as part of a desk filing system, stand it on a shelf for short-term archive storage, or carry it under the arm for transportation between locations. Avoid bending the fibreboard and keep the holder dry to maintain its shape and protective properties.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, label the outside edge to identify contents quickly. Combine several holders in a filing box or shelf to create an organised archive; handle the holder by its edges to reduce surface wear.
