Herlitz 50043996 Polypropylene A4 Multicolour Envelope Folder

The Herlitz 50043996 envelope folder is a polypropylene A4 folder designed to protect and organise loose documents. Constructed from durable PP material, this multicolour envelope folder combines lightweight handling with water-resistant surface properties to help keep papers clean and flat. The single-folder pack provides a simple, reusable storage solution for everyday filing, transport and short-term archiving of A4 sheets.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear-resistant and moisture-shedding characteristics while remaining flexible for frequent use. Its multicolour finish aids quick visual identification and colour-coded organisation. The slim envelope design is lightweight and takes up minimal space in bags, drawers or on shelves. The folder’s smooth surface cleans easily and resists creasing, helping to maintain document condition during handling.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting A4 documents, worksheets and printed materials
• Colour-coded filing and quick visual sorting in school or office environments
• Protecting certificates, contracts and loose receipts from spills and dirt
• Temporary document organisation for meetings, presentations and courses

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Design: envelope-style folder with flap
• Finish: multicolour
• Pack quantity: 1 folder
• Weight and thickness: lightweight, flexible sheet material for easy handling

How to use

Insert A4 sheets into the folder through the open edge and fold the flap to close the envelope. For best organisation, sort documents by topic or date and use different coloured folders for separate categories. Carry the folder in a briefcase, backpack or document holder for transport, and store flat on a shelf or in a drawer to avoid bending the contents. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth if necessary and avoid exposure to high heat sources to maintain the material’s properties.

Recommendations

Use separate Herlitz envelope folders for different subjects or projects to speed up retrieval and minimise cross-contamination of documents. For long-term archiving, combine the folder with labelled outer boxes and avoid inserting bulky items that may stress the seams.
