Herlitz maX.file A4 Ring Binder Multicolour

The Herlitz maX.file A4 Multicolour ring binder is designed to store and organise A4 documents securely. Featuring a durable D-ring mechanism and a robust cover construction, this binder is suitable for everyday use in home, school and office environments. The multicolour finish adds visual variety to filing systems while keeping papers accessible and protected.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism allows papers to lie flatter and reduces corner wear compared with standard round rings. A rigid cover offers protection against bending and light damage during transport and storage. The multicolour design helps with quick visual sorting and identification of subject folders. The binder is lightweight yet sturdy, providing a balance between portability and document protection.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 study materials and notes
• Archiving office documents and reports
• Presentations and client proposals that require a tidy format
• Home filing of manuals, receipts and important papers

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatible
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for flatter page handling
• Cover: rigid protective cover for daily use
• Design: multicolour finish for visual sorting
• Pack contents: one binder per pack

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets, dividers or plastic pockets as required. Close the rings to secure pages and check that the binder closes evenly to avoid page deformation. For transport, ensure the binder is placed flat or upright on a shelf to maintain the cover shape and ring alignment. Remove or add pages by gently opening the rings and aligning paper holes with the ring posts.

Recommendations

For prolonged use, avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity for D-ring binders to prevent stress on the mechanism and cover. Use labelled dividers or colour-coded inserts to maximise the organisational benefit of the multicolour design. Store the binder upright in dry conditions and keep away from direct heat or prolonged sunlight to preserve colour and cover integrity.
