HERMA 19163 ring binder A4 red

The HERMA 19163 A4 ring binder is made of hard-wearing polypropylene and is designed for reliable storage and organization of A4 documents. Its red cover and robust construction make it suitable for everyday office, school or home use. The binder includes a 2-D-ring mechanism and a practical down clamp to keep sheets securely in place.

Advantages

The polypropylene cover offers durability and resistance to wear while remaining lightweight. The special 2-D-ring mechanism simplifies handling and filling, distributing sheets more evenly than standard round rings. An integrated down clamp secures loose papers to prevent slippage and supports orderly filing.

How to use

Open the 2-D-ring mechanism using the lever or tabs, insert punched A4 sheets evenly onto the rings and close the mechanism until it clicks. Use the down clamp to secure loose or unpunched papers by placing them under the clamp plate. Store the binder upright on a shelf or in a cabinet to keep contents flat and accessible.

Recommendations

For long-term archiving, avoid overfilling the binder beyond its ring capacity and distribute pages evenly. Keep the polypropylene cover clean with a damp cloth and store away from direct heat or sunlight to maintain colour and shape.
