HERMA 19514 Polypropylene (PP) Flat File A3 Yellow

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19514 in yellow is a lightweight, flexible A3 folder crafted from durable polypropylene. It is designed to protect and carry A3-size documents, drawings and presentations while resisting tears, moisture and everyday wear. The smooth surface and bright colour make files easy to spot in storage or during transport, and the slim profile preserves space in bags or on shelves.

Advantages

This polypropylene folder offers long-lasting durability combined with flexibility that prevents cracking or deformation under normal handling. Its A3 capacity accommodates larger sheets without folding, while the water-resistant PP material helps protect contents from light spills and humidity. The vivid yellow finish improves visibility and quick identification among multiple files. The lightweight construction keeps the overall load minimal, and the smooth exterior is easy to clean.

How to use

Insert A3 documents or folded A4 sheets into the folder by sliding them gently along the open edge until they sit flat inside. Close any flap or securing mechanism if present to keep contents from slipping out during transport. For transport, place the folder upright or flat in a bag, briefcase or shelf; the flexible polypropylene adapts to limited space without damaging papers. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce colour fading and store flat or upright in a dry environment. Do not overload the folder beyond its intended capacity to prevent stretching or tearing of the material.
