Holzmann WST100SOLID Workbench Clamp Height-Adjustable Solid Construction

Holzmann WST100SOLID adjustable-height workbench clamp is designed to secure workpieces on a workshop bench during sawing, drilling, sanding and assembly operations. Its solid construction provides a stable hold while the adjustable-height feature allows adaptation to different workpiece thicknesses and user ergonomics. The clamp mounts to the bench surface to reduce vibration and movement, helping to maintain alignment and improve machining precision.

Advantages

The solid construction of this workbench clamp ensures long-term durability and consistent clamping force. Adjustable height allows for quick adaptation to varying material sizes and working positions without complex tools. The design focuses on stable fixation to minimize workpiece movement and vibration during cutting and drilling, contributing to improved accuracy and safety. Materials and joint interfaces are chosen to withstand repeated use in a workshop environment.

Suitable for

• Sawing wooden and non-ferrous parts
• Drilling and tapping operations on bench-mounted projects
• Sanding, filing and finishing work that requires steady hold
• Assembly and gluing of components where alignment is important

Key specifications

• Construction: solid metal frame designed for workshop use
• Height adjustment: adjustable to accommodate different workpiece thicknesses and user setups
• Mounting: bench-mounted design for secure fixation to work surface
• Clamping range: suitable for a wide range of part sizes (see manufacturer guidelines for exact range)
• Intended use: manual bench operations such as sawing, drilling, sanding and assembly

How to use

Secure the clamp to a stable workbench surface using appropriate fasteners and ensure the base is flush and rigid. Adjust the clamping height to match the thickness of the workpiece and position the jaws so the workpiece is held firmly without excessive deformation. Tighten the clamp mechanism until the workpiece is stable; confirm stability before starting power tools. For changes in workpiece size, release the clamp, reposition and re-adjust height as required. Regularly inspect mounting points and moving parts for wear and retighten fasteners as needed.

Recommendations

Use the clamp with appropriate bench fasteners and ensure compatibility with your workbench thickness. Avoid overtightening that could damage delicate materials; use protective pads if necessary. Maintain the clamp by cleaning chips and dust from moving parts and applying light lubrication to sliding surfaces. Follow safety procedures for all power tools and confirm that the clamped workpiece is stable before operation.
