Hotone Ampero Mini (Mustard) - Multi-Effect Guitar Processor

The Hotone Ampero Mini in Mustard condenses the full Ampero experience into a compact, pedalboard-friendly unit without sacrificing tone or flexibility. Unlike typical mini multi-effects that compromise on amp modeling quality, this device runs the same CDCM HD & F.I.R.E. engine found in its larger siblings, delivering authentic amp response and studio-grade impulse responses in a footprint barely larger than a standard stompbox. With a vivid 4-inch touchscreen and dual-core DSP, it offers an intuitive, tactile editing workflow that belies its size.

Highlights

• CDCM HD & F.I.R.E. modeling system for realistic amp, cab, and pedal emulation
• Dual-core DSP with 24-bit A/D/A conversion and 112dB signal-to-noise ratio
• 199 effects including 64 amp models, 60 cab models, and over 100 pedal models
• 50 user IR slots for loading third-party impulse responses (2048 sample points)
• 198 presets (99 factory, 99 user) and 60-second stereo looper
• 100 built-in drum patterns for practice and performance
• 4-inch 800x480 dynamic touchscreen for easy editing
• USB-C audio interface with 8-in/8-out for recording and re-amping
• Assignable expression pedal input for real-time control
• Aluminum alloy chassis in distinctive mustard finish

In daily use

The Ampero Mini excels in both live and studio settings. Its two footswitches can be assigned to toggle effects, switch presets, or control the looper, while the touchscreen allows quick parameter adjustments on the fly. Connect an external expression pedal to morph between settings, use the built-in drum machine for practice, or record directly to your DAW via USB. The compact size makes it ideal for fly rigs, busking, or as a backup unit.
