InLine 17991C Cable Adapter HDMI A Mini HDMI C Black, Grey

Direct signal routing:The 1:1 pin assignment enables unaltered transmission of digital audio and video signals without conversion.
Suitable for high-resolution applications:Supports UHD 8K and has been successfully tested in practice with 3840x2160 at 120 Hz and 4:4:4 8 bits.
Reliable contact technology:Gold-plated contacts reduce contact resistance and support stable signal paths.
Robust aluminum housing:The high-quality metal construction protects the internal components and is suitable for demanding environments.
Flexible integration:Ideal for connecting or extending existing HDMI routes between mini HDMI sources and HDMI infrastructures.

The HDMI adapter reliably connects mini HDMI sources to an existing HDMI signal path. The HDMI A socket and mini HDMI C plug enable direct and uncomplicated integration without the need for additional active components. The 1:1 pin assignment ensures unadulterated transmission of digital audio and video signals, thereby supporting stable transmission paths.
The adapter is suitable for resolutions up to UHD 8K and has been successfully tested with 3840x2160 at 120 Hz and 4:4:4 8 bits. This makes it suitable for applications that require high image quality and reliable signal transmission. The gold-plated contacts minimize contact resistance and contribute to a permanently stable connection.
The robust aluminum housing protects the contact surfaces and allows use in both stationary and mobile setups. The recommended total length of the signal path is up to 1.5 meters and can reach a maximum of 2 meters.
With its compact design, the adapter offers a reliable solution for professional applications where mini HDMI signals need to be securely integrated into HDMI-based systems.

How to use

Insert the HDMI A plug from your cable into the HDMI A female side of the adapter, then connect the Mini HDMI C male side to the device with a Mini HDMI port (for example a camera or tablet). Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain a secure connection. Use the adapter in-line between existing HDMI cables or directly between device and cable as required.

Recommendations

For best performance, use high-quality HDMI cables and avoid excessive bending near the connector. Check device compatibility for supported resolutions and refresh rates; the adapter facilitates physical connection but does not alter device capabilities.
