Gold-plated contacts help maintain signal integrity and reduce interference, while the length allows flexible placement of connected equipment.

Advantages

This Toslink optical cable provides a secure, lossless digital audio connection between compatible devices. The 10 m length enables convenient routing and placement of equipment across a room. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and help minimise signal degradation. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance that fits most home entertainment setups.

How to use

Align each Toslink connector with the optical socket on your devices and insert gently until it clicks or fits securely. Ensure both source and receiver devices are powered on and set to use the optical audio output/input in their audio settings. Route the 10 m cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve optical performance.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable away from strong heat sources and avoid tight bends; when not in use, cover connectors to prevent dust ingress. Verify device audio settings and select the optical (PCM or appropriate digital) output to ensure proper audio transmission.
