JATA R107 Oil-Filled Electric Radiator

The JATA R107 oil electric space heater is a compact indoor heater engineered to provide steady, convection-based warmth for residential or office rooms. With a maximum heating power of 1500 W and a low setting of 600 W, this grey-finished unit uses an oil-filled element to store and radiate heat, offering gradual temperature stabilization and reduced surface fluctuations compared with fan-driven heaters. The heater runs on standard 230 V AC and features a rotary control for simple adjustment.

Advantages

The oil-filled heating element ensures longer-lasting heat retention, so the room stays warm for extended periods after the unit cycles off. A two-step power range between 600 W and 1500 W allows more efficient energy use according to room size and comfort needs. The rotary control provides straightforward manual adjustment of power and temperature without complex programming. The compact footprint and neutral grey finish make the JATA R107 suitable for placement in living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, or other indoor spaces where steady background heating is required.

Suitable for

• Supplementary heating in living rooms and bedrooms
• Home offices and study spaces needing quiet, continuous warmth
• Short-term heating of small to medium-sized indoor rooms
• Environments where stable, residual heat is preferred over rapid air circulation

Key specifications

• Heating power: 1500 W (maximum) / 600 W (minimum)
• Heating element type: Oil-filled radiator
• Input voltage: 230 V AC
• Control type: Rotary knob
• Adjustable thermostat: Yes
• Colour: Grey
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 380 mm × 250 mm × 640 mm

How to use

Place the heater on a stable, level surface with adequate clearance from walls, furniture and combustible materials. Plug the unit into a properly rated 230 V outlet and use the rotary control to select the required power setting and temperature. Allow several minutes for the oil element to warm and the unit to begin emitting steady heat; oil-filled radiators warm more gradually than fan heaters but maintain temperature longer. Do not cover the heater or obstruct airflow; switch the unit off and unplug it before moving or performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

For efficient operation, use the lower 600 W setting for background heating in well-insulated rooms or overnight, and the 1500 W setting for quicker temperature increases in cooler spaces. Combine with a thermostat-controlled room setup if available, and maintain at least 30 cm clearance on all sides to ensure safe heat dispersion.
