Joby JB01329 Camera Mount Accessory

The Joby JB01329 camera mounting accessory is a compact, lightweight mount designed for action cameras and small cameras. It combines a strong suction cup base with Joby’s flexible GorillaPod arm to provide a stable, adjustable platform for capturing photos and video. The mount is black and red, features a 1/4-20" connecting thread and weighs approximately 110 g, making it suitable for travel and field use.

Advantages

The suction cup uses a quick-twist mechanism for fast, secure attachment to clean, non-porous surfaces, while the flexible GorillaPod arm with five ball-and-socket joints allows precise positioning and angle control. The 1/4-20" thread ensures compatibility with a wide range of cameras and accessories, and the lightweight construction improves portability without sacrificing stability.

Suitable for

• Mounting action cameras on cars, boats, or other smooth surfaces
• Attaching small cameras for vlogging or POV shots
• Temporary setups on windows, tiles, or other non-porous surfaces

Recommendations

For best results, use the mount only on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces and verify the suction cup is fully locked before use. Avoid mounting on curved or textured surfaces and periodically inspect the joints and thread for wear.
