Joseph Joseph Multi-Grip Mandoline Plus Mandoline — adjustable slice thickness, white

The Joseph Joseph Multi-Grip Mandoline Plus in white is a compact adjustable slicer designed for consistent, safe cutting of vegetables and fruits. Its multi-grip design stabilizes produce and gives secure handling, while the adjustable thickness settings let you control slice depth for salads, garnishes and meal preparation. The unit combines a flat slicing surface with an integrated blade mechanism to deliver uniform slices and reduce preparation time.

Advantages

The Multi-Grip Mandoline Plus offers precise control of slice thickness through a simple adjustment mechanism and provides a secure grip on a variety of produce sizes. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for small kitchens and easy storage. Constructed with materials suitable for food contact, the slicer has a non-slip base and a safety handguard to reduce the risk of accidents during use. The design enables faster, more uniform slicing compared with manual knife work, helping to improve portioning and presentation.

• Compact, space-saving design with integrated blade mechanism
• Non-slip base for secure operation on work surfaces

How to use

Place the mandoline on a flat, stable surface and ensure the non-slip base is engaged. Select the desired slicing thickness using the adjustment control, then secure the produce in the multi-grip holder. With the handguard in place, move the holder steadily along the blade to create even slices. For best results, maintain an even pressure and consistent speed while slicing. After use, disassemble any removable components and clean according to the manufacturer's care instructions, taking care to avoid direct contact with the blade.

Recommendations

Use the safety handguard for all slicing operations and avoid applying excessive force. Use the mandoline on a stable surface and choose a thickness setting appropriate for the food being prepared. Wash removable parts by hand or follow the care guidance supplied with the product; dry thoroughly before storage. Keep the blade covered or stored safely to prevent accidental cuts.
