Keystone Module Telegärtner J00029A6001 Flat RJ-45 Silver

The Telegärtner J00029A6001 Flat RJ-45 Silver keystone module is a compact insert designed to provide a reliable RJ-45 connection in patch panels, wall plates and keystone frames. The module’s flat profile reduces protrusion and allows a neat installation in space-restricted applications. Supplied in a set of two, each module is engineered for standard Ethernet cabling and supports typical RJ-45 connector use in copper network installations.

Advantages

The slim, flat housing minimizes space requirements while maintaining a standardized RJ-45 interface for easy patching. Silver finish offers a neutral, professional appearance that integrates well with metal and plastic faceplates. The compact dimensions simplify installation in crowded keystone panels and shallow wall boxes. Each pack contains two identical modules, facilitating pairwise deployments and replacements without the need for individual ordering.

Suitable for

• Patch panels and rack-mounted keystone frames
• Wall plates and surface-mounted boxes with keystone cutouts
• Office and residential Ethernet cabling runs
• Small or shallow installation spaces where low-profile modules are required

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 (8P8C) interface
• Housing profile: flat / low-profile design
• Color: silver finish
• Dimensions (W×D×H): 14.8 mm × 32 mm × 23 mm
• Pack quantity: 2 pieces per pack

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible keystone opening until it snaps into place; ensure the module orientation matches the faceplate or patch panel labeling. Terminate the copper cable to a separate keystone jack or use pre-terminated patch cords with the RJ-45 receptacle as appropriate for the network layout. Verify continuity and wiring order with a cable tester after installation to confirm correct pin-to-pin connections and signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use compatible keystone frames or faceplates rated for RJ-45 modules and avoid excessive bending of connected cables near the module. Perform standard network testing after installation and keep spare modules on hand for quick replacements in multi-point installations.
