Kodak S2000 Scanner Consumables Kit Feed Consumables

The Kodak S2000 Scanner Feeder Consumables kit contains the replacement parts required to maintain reliable paper feeding and consistent scan performance for compatible Kodak desktop scanners. Designed to restore feeder traction and paper separation, the kit helps reduce misfeeds, double-feeds and paper jams that can interrupt scanning workflows. The white components provide a neutral appearance that integrates with standard office equipment.

Advantages

This consumable kit restores the mechanical contact surfaces in the scanner feeder to manufacturer-recommended operating condition, improving paper handling consistency and reducing downtime for maintenance. Replacing worn rollers and separation pads as part of routine upkeep helps maintain image capture speed and accuracy by ensuring sheets are fed smoothly and singularly. The kit is supplied as a set of parts intended to simplify periodic servicing.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Routine maintenance of Kodak S2000 series desktop scanners
• High-volume scanning environments requiring consistent sheet feeding
• Office and small-workgroup document digitization projects
• Preventive replacement to reduce paper jams and misfeeds

Key specifications

• Contents: feeder rollers and separation pad components designed for scanner paper path maintenance
• Color: white components for a neutral appearance in office environments
• Compatibility: intended for use with Kodak S2000 series desktop scanners
• Function: restores paper traction, separation and feed reliability

How to use

Power off the scanner and consult the scanner user guide for instructions on accessing the feeder assembly. Remove the worn feeder rollers and separation pad according to the service procedure, then install the replacement parts from the consumable kit in the same orientation. Ensure each component seats fully and that moving parts rotate freely before reassembling the cover. After reassembly, run a test scan using typical media to confirm single-sheet feeding and correct alignment.

Recommendations

Follow the scanner manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and replace feeder consumables when feed errors, repeated misfeeds or image skewing occur. Use recommended cleaning procedures for the paper path and avoid using heavily soiled or damp media. Store unused replacement parts in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve material properties.
