Kores TR6078 thermal paper 78 m

Kores TR6078 thermal paper roll is designed for reliable thermal printing in point-of-sale, ticketing and receipt applications. The roll measures 78 meters in length and 60 mm in width with a core diameter of 80 mm. The paper has a basis weight of 55 g/m², which balances print clarity and roll capacity for everyday use. This thermal paper is intended for direct thermal printers that accept 60 mm media and 80 mm (8 cm) core diameter rolls.

Advantages

The thermal coating on Kores TR6078 produces clear, fast-developing prints suitable for text and basic graphics without the need for ink or ribbons. Its 55 g/m² weight provides a stable feed and reduces jamming in compatible printers, while the 78 m length reduces the frequency of roll changes. The standardized 60 mm width and 8 cm core diameter make the roll compatible with a wide range of tills and portable printers.

How to use

Install the Kores TR6078 roll in the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the thermal side faces the print head. Tear the leading edge along the cutter or tear bar to produce receipts. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve thermal sensitivity. Replace the roll when print quality degrades or when the roll reaches its end.

Recommendations

For consistent print quality, avoid exposing the paper to temperatures above 40°C, long-term humidity, oils or solvents. Use this thermal paper with printers that support 60 mm width and 80 mm core diameter to prevent feed and cutting issues.
