L-shaped Hex Key Set Wiha 36461

The Wiha 36461 L-shaped hex key set contains eight TORX® L-keys made from chrome-vanadium steel with through-hardening and a bronzed finish. The compact set is supplied in a Classic holder that keeps common sizes clearly organised and is intended for use in confined work spaces where access and torque control are required.

Advantages

Chrome-vanadium, through-hardened blades provide strength and wear resistance while the bronzed surface helps reduce corrosion and glare. The L-shaped design gives reach and leverage for TORX® screw applications in tight or recessed areas. The Classic holder stores the keys in size order for quick selection and transport.

How to use

Select the TORX® size that matches the fastener and remove the corresponding L-key from the Classic holder. Insert the short end into the fastener for more leverage using the long arm, or use the long end for deeper access. Apply steady torque appropriate to the screw and workpiece to avoid rounding the fastener head. After use, return the key to its marked slot in the holder to keep the set organised.

Recommendations

Use the correct TORX® size to prevent fastener damage, avoid excessive torque near fragile components, and store the set in the holder to protect the keys and ensure quick selection for future tasks.
