MAILmedia C4 Envelope Self-Adhesive with Window, Brown

MAILmedia C4 self-adhesive mailing bag in brown with a transparent window is designed to hold A4 documents flat without folding. The lightweight, protective envelope features a peel-and-seal adhesive closure and a clear front or back window for showing addresses, invoices or packing lists, simplifying postal and courier handling. Constructed from durable paperboard, the bag protects contents from bending and light scuffs while remaining easy to store and use for high-volume dispatch.

Advantages

The self-adhesive closure provides a secure, fast seal without tape, reducing packaging time and ensuring a tamper-evident fit. The integrated transparent window allows documents to be displayed without additional labels, improving accuracy in delivery and invoice processing. Brown outer material offers a neutral, professional appearance and resists showing dirt during handling. Lightweight construction helps reduce postage costs while adding sufficient stiffness to protect documents during transit.

Suitable for

• Sending A4 documents, invoices and contracts by post or courier
• Dispatching brochures, catalogues and single-sheet communications
• Office use for billing and document dispatch where visible addressing or invoicing is required
• Bulk mailing and fulfillment operations requiring fast sealing and windowed addressing

Key specifications

• Format: C4, fits A4 documents unfolded
• Color: brown exterior
• Closure type: peel-and-seal self-adhesive strip
• Window: transparent window for address or invoice display
• Material: durable paperboard suitable for mailing
• Weight category: lightweight to reduce postage costs

How to use

Insert the A4 document or invoice so the address or required information aligns with the transparent window. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive closure and press firmly along the flap to form a secure seal. For additional security during long-distance shipments, consider reinforcing the flap edge with a small piece of tape. Store unused bags flat in a dry place to preserve the adhesive strip and the integrity of the window.

Recommendations

Use the window to show only the necessary address or billing information; avoid placing multiple documents with conflicting addresses inside a single bag. For heavy or bulky content, select a sturdier mailing option to maintain document protection during transit.
