Makita VC4210M vacuum cleaner

The Makita VC4210M is a 34 L drum vacuum suited for both dry and wet cleaning tasks. Equipped with a 1200 W motor and a Combi dust container, it provides efficient suction for dust, dirt and liquid pick-up while maintaining a relatively low noise level of 62 dB. The unit is designed for professional use, combining a practical capacity with a compact footprint and a white-and-blue exterior that fits workshop and site environments.

Advantages

The VC4210M offers a balance of power and capacity: the 1200 W motor delivers consistent suction for a range of debris types while the 34 L drum reduces the need for frequent emptying. The Combi dust container simplifies switching between dry and wet collection and enables straightforward disposal. With an indicated noise level of 62 dB and a robust build intended for professional use, the vacuum supports longer operation with manageable disturbance and reliable handling.

Suitable for

• Workshops and construction sites for removal of dust and small debris
• Garages and service areas for wet spill recovery and dry sweeping
• Professional cleaning services requiring a compact, medium-capacity drum vacuum

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the appropriate hose and nozzle for the task, ensuring any required filters are correctly installed for dry or wet operation. Start the vacuum and gradually adjust your movement to allow the motor to maintain suction without overloading. For wet pickup, monitor liquid level in the drum and stop operation before reaching the maximum capacity. For dry collection, check and replace or clean filters regularly to maintain performance. Always follow standard safety procedures when operating electrical equipment on work sites or in damp conditions.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the vacuum on surfaces appropriate for a drum unit and select nozzles matched to the debris type. Empty the Combi container before it becomes overly full, inspect filters after heavy use, and avoid running the motor continuously at maximum load for extended periods. Store the unit in a dry place and follow local regulations for disposal of collected waste.
