Mebus 48432 Electronic Ambient Thermometer

The Mebus 48432 electronic environment thermometer is a compact device for measuring ambient temperature indoors and outdoors. It displays readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit and is powered by a CR2025 battery. Its slim profile and modest dimensions (99 mm × 12 mm × 81 mm) allow easy placement on a windowsill, shelf or wall-mounted holder for continuous temperature monitoring in homes, offices or other indoor spaces.

Advantages

This thermometer offers dual-unit temperature display (°C and °F) and a built-in clock function for combined time and temperature information in a single small instrument. The low-power CR2025 operation provides long battery life for uninterrupted measurement, while the black housing blends with most interiors. The compact footprint and shallow depth make the device unobtrusive and simple to install or relocate.

Suitable for

• Monitoring room temperature in living rooms, bedrooms and offices
• Measuring temperature near windows or doors to observe outdoor influence
• Use in nurseries, kitchens and utility rooms where compact sensors are required
• Basic indoor/outdoor temperature checks for hobbyists and everyday users

Key specifications

• Temperature units: Celsius and Fahrenheit selectable
• Power source: CR2025 button cell battery
• Clock function integrated with temperature display
• Housing colour: black
• Dimensions: approximately 99 mm (width) × 12 mm (depth) × 81 mm (height)

How to use

Insert the CR2025 battery into the battery compartment following the polarity indication. Place or mount the thermometer at the desired location, avoiding direct sunlight, heating vents or other localized heat sources to ensure accurate ambient readings. Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit units if the device includes a unit selection control. Refer to any included quick-start leaflet for specific button functions such as resetting the clock or toggling display modes.

Recommendations

For the most reliable ambient temperature readings, position the thermometer away from direct sunlight, radiators, ovens and air conditioning outlets. Replace the CR2025 battery when the display dims or readings become inconsistent. Periodic cleaning of the housing with a dry cloth will maintain readability and device longevity.
