Advantages

These sanding sheets offer a balance of durability and cutting efficiency, reducing the frequency of sheet changes during extended work. The uniform grit distribution promotes even sanding results and helps minimize swirl marks. The compact 100 x 150 mm format fits a variety of sanding tools and allows for precise work in edges and smaller surfaces. Packaged as a set of ten, the accessory ensures immediate availability of replacement sheets for ongoing projects.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and leveling wooden surfaces before finishing

• Refinishing furniture, doors, and cabinetry
• General DIY sanding and small workshop tasks

Key specifications

• Quantity per pack: 10 pieces
• Sheet dimensions: 100 mm (width) × 150 mm (depth)
• Sheet shape: rectangular
• Intended use: abrasive sanding sheets for manual or compatible machine sanding
• Compatibility: for sanders or sanding blocks that accept 100 × 150 mm sheets

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task and attach the sanding sheet to a compatible sander or sanding block according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Begin sanding with steady, even strokes, applying moderate pressure to avoid over-sanding; progress from coarser to finer grits as needed to achieve the desired surface finish. Replace sheets when the abrasive surface is worn or clogged to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. For dust-sensitive materials or extended sanding, use dust extraction if available. Store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive integrity and prevent premature deterioration.
