Mount Axis 01172-001 surveillance camera accessory

AXIS T94P01L Recessed Mount (Axis 01172-001) is a white recessed ceiling mount designed for use with the AXIS M5525-E PTZ network camera. The mount embeds the camera into the ceiling so only the camera dome and a low-profile cover ring remain visible. The back box is metal and includes a 3/4" (M25) threaded hole to allow protected cable runs in conduits, making it suitable for indoor installations including air-handling spaces.

Advantages

The recessed mount provides a discreet and low-profile installation that reduces visual intrusion while preserving full PTZ functionality of the AXIS M5525-E. Its metal back box and threaded conduit entry ensure robust cable protection and compliance with installations that require protected cable routing. The cover ring is repaintable to match interior finishes.

Suitable for

• Indoor ceiling installations where a flush camera appearance is desired
• Installations requiring protected cable runs through conduit (3/4" / M25)
• Rooms with air-handling requirements where a metal back box is preferred
• AXIS M5525-E PTZ camera deployments in commercial and public buildings
