Network Switch Module ALLNET ALL4767-INDU 10 Gigabit Ethernet

The ALLNET ALL4767-INDU 10 Gigabit Ethernet network switch module provides high-speed wired connectivity for industrial and enterprise switching environments. Supporting 10GBASE-T copper and a MiniGBIC fiber optic interface for 10GBASE-R, the module enables up to 10000 Mbit/s throughput and short-range fiber links. Its compact module design integrates into compatible ALLNET switching hardware to extend uplink and aggregation capacity with low-latency Ethernet forwarding.

Advantages

This switch module offers dual-interface flexibility with both 10GBASE-T copper and MiniGBIC 10GBASE-R fiber options, allowing mixed-media deployment. The 10 Gigabit data rate supports bandwidth-intensive tasks and reduces congestion on aggregation links. Designed for compatibility with rack and industrial switch platforms, the unit contributes to scalable network architectures while maintaining predictable latency and link performance.

Suitable for

• Server uplinks and data center aggregation where 10 Gbit/s ports are required
• High-performance LAN backbones and campus networks
• Short-range fiber interconnects within equipment racks or adjacent rooms
• Industrial or enterprise switches needing mixed copper and fiber connectivity

Key specifications

• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gigabit Ethernet)
• Copper interface: 10GBASE-T (RJ45-compatible cabling)
• Fiber interface: MiniGBIC supporting 10GBASE-R
• Maximum fiber transmission distance: approximately 0.03 km (30 meters)
• Form factor: pluggable switch module for compatible ALLNET systems

How to use

Install the module into a compatible ALLNET switch chassis or expansion slot following the host device manual. Connect 10GBASE-T devices using appropriate Category 6A or better copper cabling for 10 Gbit/s operation, and insert a compatible MiniGBIC fiber transceiver and fiber patch cable to establish 10GBASE-R links. Verify link status and speed through the switch management interface and monitor for proper negotiation and error statistics.

Recommendations

For reliable 10 Gbit/s copper performance, use certified Category 6A or Category 7 cabling and keep cable runs within standard length limits. For the fiber interface, use quality multimode or single-mode fiber and ensure transceiver compatibility; keep the short-range fiber link within the specified distance. Confirm compatibility with the specific ALLNET switch model before installation.
