Olympia 3130 cold/hot laminator

The Olympia 3130 cold/hot laminator provides flexible lamination for documents and photos up to 33 cm wide. Designed for small offices, schools and home use, it supports both hot and cold lamination modes and reaches operating temperature after a short preheating time. With a steady feed speed and compact footprint, the device offers consistent, professional-looking laminated results while remaining easy to store when not in use.

Advantages

The machine combines hot and cold lamination in a single unit, allowing use with heat-activated pouches or pressure-sensitive films. A five-minute preheating time reduces waiting before use, and the continuous feed speed of 250 mm/min ensures uniform lamination without frequent adjustments. Its compact dimensions and lightweight design make it simple to move between workspaces and fit on a desktop or shelf. The white finish integrates unobtrusively into most environments.

How to use

Select hot or cold mode depending on the pouch type and the material you wish to laminate. If using hot lamination, switch the unit on and allow approximately five minutes for preheating. Insert the document centrally into the pouch, close the pouch and feed the sealed edge into the laminator feed slot. Guide the pouch steadily until it exits; avoid pulling or pushing the pouch while the machine is operating. For cold lamination, choose pressure-sensitive pouches and feed them in the same manner without preheating. Allow laminated items to cool or settle briefly before trimming or handling.

Recommendations

Use pouches matching the device's maximum width and the material type (hot or cold). For best results with heat lamination, ensure the pouch and document are free of dust and creases before feeding. Do not force oversized items into the feed slot. Store the laminator on a flat, stable surface and unplug the unit when not in use.
