Olympia G 3650 Paper Trimmer

The Olympia G 3650 paper cutter is a manual guillotine designed for office and classroom use. It handles up to 50 sheets of standard paper in a single cut and features a 36 cm cutting table. The compact footprint (459 x 508 x 270 mm) and 6.6 kg weight make it easy to position on desks or worktables while providing stable, precise trimming for routine document preparation.

Advantages

The cutter combines a robust cutting blade with a secure clamp to hold papers steadily during trimming, reducing slippage and improving accuracy. Its compact dimensions and moderate weight allow for straightforward handling and storage without sacrificing work surface area. The 36 cm table provides sufficient length for trimming standard A4 documents and common paper stacks, while the construction supports repeated use in small to medium volume environments.

How to use

Place the paper cutter on a stable, level surface. Align the paper stack against the back gauge or guide to achieve the desired cut width. Engage the paper clamp to secure the stack firmly before lowering the cutting arm. Make a controlled, even motion when bringing the blade down to ensure a clean cut through the full stack. After cutting, release the clamp and remove trimmed material. Regularly inspect the blade and clamp for wear and follow manufacturer instructions for blade replacement or sharpening.

Recommendations

For consistent results, avoid exceeding the stated maximum cutting capacity and always secure the stack with the clamp. Use suitable protective gloves and follow workplace safety procedures when handling or servicing the blade. Store the cutter in a dry area to prevent corrosion and maintain cutting performance.
