Omnidirectional antenna DeLOCK 12413

The DeLOCK 12413 omni-directional antenna is designed for receiving digital DAB+ radio broadcasts. It includes an integrated amplifier to improve reception and operates in the 0.174–0.24 GHz frequency range with a maximum gain of 21 dBi. The antenna uses a 50 Ω impedance and an F-type connector, with a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of 2.0:1. Its compact dimensions (53 × 53 × 251 mm) and low current draw (6 mA) make it suitable for installations where space and power are limited.

Advantages

The integrated amplifier enhances weak signals to provide more reliable DAB+ reception. Omni-directional design receives signals from all horizontal directions without repositioning. The compact size and low power consumption allow flexible mounting options and use in small installations. Standard F-type connector and 50 Ω impedance ensure compatibility with common coaxial setups.

Suitable for

• Reception of digital DAB+ radio in homes and vehicles
• Small indoor or rooftop installations with limited space
• Setups requiring a low-power antenna solution

How to use

Connect the DeLOCK 12413 to your receiver or coaxial cable using the F-type connector. Place the antenna in an open position or mount it where it has the clearest line of sight to broadcast sources; omni-directional reception eliminates the need for precise alignment. Power the integrated amplifier according to your receiver’s supply method (check device compatibility). Verify signal strength on your receiver and adjust placement if necessary to achieve optimal DAB+ reception.

Recommendations

For best results, install the antenna away from large metallic objects and electronic noise sources. Use quality coaxial cable and keep cable runs as short as practical to minimize signal loss. Confirm that the receiver provides the required power or use an appropriate power injector for the amplifier if needed.
