Optical Audio Cable Toslink Plug/Plug 0.5m InLine 89926

Optical Audio Cable Toslink male/male 0.5m InLine 89926 is a 0.5 meter black Toslink cable designed to transmit digital optical audio between devices such as Hi‑Fi amplifiers, TVs, SAT receivers and DVD players. The cable features Toslink (optical) connectors on both ends and gold‑plated contacts for improved signal contact.

Advantages

The InLine Toslink cable provides a pure optical audio path that is immune to electromagnetic interference and ground loops. Its 0.5 m length is suitable for short connections behind AV racks or between closely positioned components, while the gold‑plated contacts help maintain reliable connector contact.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV to soundbar or AV receiver
• Linking DVD/Blu‑ray players to home theater amplifiers
• Connecting SAT‑receivers or set‑top boxes to audio systems
• Short optical connections in desktop or entertainment setups

How to use

Insert one Toslink connector into the optical output of the source device (for example TV, DVD player or SAT‑receiver) and the other connector into the optical input of the target device (for example AV receiver or soundbar). Ensure the connectors are aligned and push gently until they click or seat securely. Do not bend the cable sharply; maintain gentle curves to preserve the optical fibre.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid routing the cable near high‑heat sources and do not kink or excessively bend the cable. Use this 0.5 m length for short, direct connections; choose a longer Toslink cable if devices are farther apart.
