Original Ricoh Printer Drum D1882252

The Ricoh D1882252 original printer drum is a replacement imaging unit designed for Ricoh colour multifunction printers in the MP C2003 series. It supports consistent print quality across text and graphics, helping maintain sharp black text and balanced color reproduction. Engineered for straightforward installation, this drum integrates with the printer’s imaging system to deliver stable, repeatable results and a rated yield suitable for higher-volume office environments.

Advantages

This original Ricoh drum provides reliable image transfer and consistent color stability over its life, reducing the frequency of replacements. Factory-calibrated components help ensure accurate registration and uniform density across pages. The unit is built to fit the printer’s specifications precisely, which simplifies maintenance and helps prevent errors related to poor compatibility. Its rated page yield offers predictable consumable planning for business workflows.

Suitable for

• Small to medium office environments with mixed black-and-color printing needs
• Workflows requiring consistent print quality for documents and reports
• Print jobs with moderate to high monthly volumes where predictable yields are important

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Ricoh MP C2003 series colour multifunction printers
• Function: Imaging drum (photoconductor unit) for transferring toner to paper
• Page yield: up to 30,000 pages (manufacturer rated, actual yield depends on coverage and usage)
• Form factor: OEM original equipment manufacturer drum designed to match device mechanics
• Color role: Separate drums typically used per color in color printing systems

How to use

Install the drum following the printer manufacturer’s service manual or on-device instructions: power off the printer as recommended, open the front access panel, remove any protective packaging, and insert the drum into its designated slot until it seats firmly. After installation, run the printer’s calibration or cleaning cycle if prompted to ensure optimal color registration and density. Replace the drum when the device indicates end-of-life, when print quality degrades, or when the rated page yield has been reached.

Recommendations

Store the drum in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Handle the unit by its edges and avoid touching the drum surface to prevent contamination. Use the drum in combination with compatible toner cartridges and follow the printer’s maintenance schedule to maximize lifespan and maintain consistent print quality.
