Ototo Design Agatha Holder Purple

Agatha is a spoon holder and steam releaser designed by OTOTO in collaboration with Uli Ben Israel. Made from BPA-free, food-grade material, this single-piece kitchen accessory keeps spoons and similar utensils secure while helping to release steam and reduce spill-overs. Its compact footprint and purple finish make it a functional and visible addition to the countertop.

Advantages

Agatha combines utensil storage and steam release in one molded piece, offering a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface made from food-safe, BPA-free material. The compact dimensions provide stable support for spoons and cooking tools while minimizing the space taken on the worktop. The colored finish helps locate utensils quickly and prevents direct contact between the spoon handle and the countertop.

Suitable for

• Holding cooking spoons and stirring utensils
• Releasing steam from pots and pans during cooking
• Preventing spoon handles from contacting the countertop
• Adding a compact, colored accessory to the kitchen work area

Key specifications

• Material: food-grade, BPA-free plastic
• Colour: purple
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 59.6 mm × 44.4 mm × 74.9 mm
• Construction: single-piece molded design

How to use

Place Agatha on a stable section of the countertop near the cooking area. Insert a spoon or stirring utensil into the holder so the handle rests securely and the bowl of the spoon is elevated from the surface. Position the holder close to the pot or pan to allow steam to escape through the designed opening while you cook. Clean Agatha after use with warm soapy water and dry before storing.

Recommendations

Do not expose the holder to open flames or place it inside an oven. For long-lasting appearance and hygiene, wash after each use and avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.
