Pneumatic Oiler Dedra DED6915 1 Piece

The Dedra DED6915 pneumatic lubricator is designed to provide controlled, continuous lubrication to pneumatic tools and compressed-air systems. It maintains a steady supply of lubricant to moving parts, reducing wear and preventing seizure in air-operated equipment. The unit is compact and intended for installation inline with air hoses or piping in workshop and light-industrial environments.

Advantages

This pneumatic lubricator offers adjustable oil feed to match the needs of different tools and air-driven devices, promoting consistent performance and extending component life. Its straightforward inline design enables easy integration into existing pneumatic lines, while the transparent reservoir allows visual monitoring of lubricant level. The lubricator is compatible with standard pneumatic fittings and materials commonly used in workshop systems.

Suitable for

• Lubricating air motors and pneumatic wrenches
• Maintenance of air-driven drills and grinders
• Use in workshop and garage compressed-air systems
• Light industrial pneumatic assemblies and tooling

Key specifications

• Function: inline pneumatic lubrication for compressed-air systems
• Feed control: adjustable oil metering
• Reservoir: transparent sight for level indication
• Compatibility: suitable for standard pneumatic fittings and oils intended for air tool lubrication
• Application environment: workshops, garages, light industrial settings

How to use

Install the lubricator in the air line upstream of the pneumatic tool, following the airflow direction indicated on the unit. Fill the reservoir with an appropriate lubricating oil recommended for air tools, set the oil metering to the desired feed rate, and check for leaks after pressurizing the system. Monitor the oil level visually and adjust the feed rate according to the operating conditions and tool manufacturer recommendations. Regularly drain and clean the reservoir as part of preventive maintenance.

Recommendations

Use oils specifically formulated for pneumatic tools and avoid over-lubrication by setting the metering to the minimum effective rate. Ensure the lubricator is installed after any filters and regulators as required by system design, and perform periodic inspections to verify proper operation and oil level.
