How to use

Set the desired diameter by sliding the clasp along the ring until the scale indicates the required size between 18 and 30 cm, then secure the clasp. Place the ring on a baking tray or flat base; for non-stick release, line the bottom or sides with parchment paper if required. Pour batter or place layers inside the ring and bake or chill according to your recipe. After use, release the clasp to expand the ring and remove the cake gently.

Recommendations

For best results, check that the ring is tightly closed before baking to prevent batter leakage. Clean the ring after cooling using warm soapy water and dry thoroughly to preserve the spring steel surface; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
