In daily use

From the first pedal stroke, the RBA-1007 feels solid and responsive. The belt drive eliminates chain noise, so you can train early in the morning or late at night without disturbing others. The stepless resistance knob lets you fine-tune the challenge—from a gentle warm-up to a grueling hill climb—with a simple twist. The LCD console provides real-time feedback, and the hand pulse sensors help you stay in your target heart rate zone. Adjusting the seat and handlebars is tool-free and quick, accommodating riders of different heights. When you're done, just tilt and roll the bike away on its transport wheels.
