Open the bottom access panel according to the robot’s user manual, remove the old brush and guard, and clean the brush compartment of hair and debris. Fit the replacement rolling brush into the brush housing, secure the brush guard in place until it clicks, and ensure the brush rotates freely by hand. Close the access panel, return the vacuum to the charging base, and run a short cleaning cycle to verify correct installation and normal operation.

Recommendations

For consistent cleaning performance, inspect and clean the rolling brush and brush compartment every 1–2 weeks depending on usage and floor type. Replace the brush assembly when bristles are visibly worn, deformed, or when debris pickup declines despite routine cleaning. Use only compatible replacement parts designed for Eufy E25/E28 to preserve fit and function.
