RITTAL (1287)

The RITTAL VX series (VX 8205.000, VX 8805.000, VX 8806.000, VX 8884.000) sets the standard for industrial enclosures. IP55 protection against dust ingress and water jets makes it suitable for production halls, outdoor transformer stations and electrical rooms with washdown cleaning. Key-lock versions offer additional physical security. The modular VX system is compatible with mounting plates, cable entry frames, fan-and-filter units and climate control accessories from the same ecosystem.

The RITTAL Blue e series offers energy-efficient cooling for control cabinets and IT enclosures. Blue e units monitor the internal temperature, dynamically regulate the compressor speed and can be integrated into building management systems. The cooling capacity must match the heat output of the installed equipment — RITTAL configuration tools help with load calculations before selecting a unit.

RITTAL managed PDUs — such as the 16A/3P CEE model with 36×C13 + 6×C19 sockets — provide outlet-level switching, current and energy metering, and network control for remote management. They are essential in high-density server racks, where remotely powering individual servers on and off minimises on-site visits and supports PUE monitoring.

RITTAL enclosure interior components complement and complete electrical installations: busbars for power distribution within the enclosures, distribution board accessories for organisation and safety, load-break switches for safe maintenance shutdowns, and a comprehensive rack accessory range with cable management, blanking panels and mounting accessories. One supplier for enclosure and accessories simplifies procurement and ensures mechanical compatibility.
