Roadinger ROADINGER 30003000 25x40mm Bracing Strut

The Roadinger ROADINGER 30003000 bracing strut with a 25x40 mm cross-section is a compact metal brace designed to provide structural support and stabilization in truss, rigging and frame assemblies. Manufactured by Roadinger, this bracing element helps reinforce connections, reduce lateral movement and improve load distribution in temporary installations and stage construction. The product is intended for use where reliable alignment and added stiffness are required without adding excessive bulk.

Advantages

This bracing strut delivers a balance of strength and compact dimensions, making it easy to integrate into existing truss systems. The metal construction provides consistent rigidity and long-term resistance to deformation under normal event-production loads. Its 25x40 mm cross-section offers a predictable stiffness profile to control sway and help maintain structural geometry during setup and operation.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the bracing strut between truss nodes or frame members at points where additional rigidity is required. Align the 25x40 mm section with the connection points and secure using compatible fasteners or clamps designed for the specific truss system. Ensure connections are tightened to the torque values recommended by the truss manufacturer and verify alignment after installation. Regularly inspect fitted braces for signs of wear or deformation and re-tighten fasteners as part of routine maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the bracing strut as part of a complete structural design; confirm that the strut dimensions and material properties match the load and safety requirements of your specific truss system. Do not exceed the load ratings specified by the truss manufacturer and follow applicable safety standards and local regulations during assembly and operation.
