Rode Wireless Go III Microphone Dark Green

The Rode Wireless Go III dark green is a compact, dual-channel wireless microphone system engineered for content creators, journalists and professionals who need a lightweight and reliable audio solution. This system integrates a dual-channel receiver with built-in transmitters that offer onboard recording capability and rechargeable batteries, delivering flexibility for interviews, vlogging, live streaming and multi-person capture within a practical range.

Advantages

The system combines compact size with dual-channel operation, allowing two transmitters to be used simultaneously or a single transmitter with expanded features. Built-in rechargeable batteries provide hours of continuous operation and on-device recording adds redundancy in case of wireless interruption. Its lightweight design and clip-on form factor make mounting straightforward on clothing, cameras or stands, while the dark green finish provides a discreet and distinctive appearance for visual setups.

Suitable for

• On-camera interviews and reportage
• Vlogging and solo content creation
• Live streaming and webcasts
• Two-person interviews or panel recordings
• Run-and-gun shooting where mobility and quick setup are required

Key specifications

• Dual-channel wireless receiver supporting two transmitters
• Integrated rechargeable batteries with multi-hour runtime
• On-board recording capability in each transmitter for backup audio
• Operating range up to approximately 200 meters in open line-of-sight conditions
• Compact, clip-on transmitter design with built-in microphone input
• Dark green housing for reduced visual distraction and a distinct look

How to use

Turn on the receiver and transmitters, pair them according to the product pairing procedure, and attach the transmitters to the subject using the integrated clips or connect an external lavalier microphone to the transmitter input if desired. Place the receiver on the camera hot shoe or a nearby mount and connect its output to your camera, recorder or streaming device. Monitor levels using the receiver’s display and adjust gain as needed to avoid clipping. For redundancy, enable on-board recording on transmitters so each device stores audio locally while you record wirelessly.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain clear line-of-sight between transmitters and receiver, avoid large reflective surfaces and sources of RF interference, and fully charge units before extended sessions. Use a lavalier microphone for improved vocal clarity when necessary, and regularly check on-board recordings after sessions to verify audio backup integrity.
