Router Teltonika RUTM11 Wired without Wi-Fi

The Teltonika RUTM11 is an industrial 4G LTE router designed for wired Gigabit Ethernet networks that require stable, low-latency cellular connectivity. Built for applications demanding high data throughput and uninterrupted links, the RUTM11 provides LTE Cat 6 speeds up to 300 Mbps, dual SIM support for failover, four Gigabit RJ45 ports and GNSS for location and time synchronisation. Although this variant is focused on wired deployment, it includes dual-band Wi‑Fi and advanced routing features in the product family to adapt to different network architectures.

Advantages

The router delivers high cellular throughput with LTE Cat 6 and carrier aggregation support, ensuring fast and reliable mobile links. Hardware includes four Gigabit RJ45 ports and USB connectivity, enabling flexible wired network topologies and VLAN segmentation (up to 128 tag/port-based VLANs). Dual SIM capability supports automatic failover and multi-operator deployment. Integrated GNSS enables precise location services and time synchronisation. Built-in routing and security features such as support for BGP and OSPFv2, firewall rules and multiple authentication methods provide enterprise-grade network control.

Suitable for

• Industrial and commercial sites requiring redundant cellular backhaul
• Remote monitoring and telemetry systems with need for precise time/location data
• Small branch offices or kiosks using wired Gigabit Ethernet connections
• Deployments needing VLAN segmentation and advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPFv2)

Key specifications

• Cellular: 4G LTE Cat 6, up to 300 Mbps (carrier aggregation)
• SIM: Dual SIM support for failover and multi-operator setups
• Ethernet: 4 × Gigabit RJ45 LAN ports
• VLANs: Up to 128 tag/port-based VLANs
• GNSS: Location services and time synchronisation
• Processor: MediaTek, 880 MHz (as per product family data)
• Weight and colour: 0.46 kg, black

How to use

Install the RUTM11 in a ventilated indoor enclosure near the wired network where stable cellular reception is available. Insert and configure SIM cards to enable primary and backup operator profiles, connect Ethernet devices to the Gigabit RJ45 ports and configure VLANs if segmentation is required. Use the router’s web interface or supported management tools to set up routing protocols (BGP/OSPFv2), firewall rules and authentication. If GNSS is needed, ensure the antenna has a clear view of the sky for accurate positioning and time synchronisation.

Recommendations

For optimal reliability, use high-quality SIM cards from preferred operators, enable automatic SIM failover, and place the router where cellular signal strength is adequate. Keep firmware updated and configure firewall and routing settings according to your network security policies.
