Samsung Connect Cable Mini BN39-02248B – Replacement TV Connection Cable

Samsung Connect Cable Mini BN39-02248B is a replacement TV connector cable designed for compatible Samsung television models. The cable reproduces the original internal connection functions to restore signal transmission and enable proper interfacing between the mainboard and peripheral components. It is supplied as a single wiring harness intended for service repairs and component replacements where the factory cable is damaged or worn.

Advantages

The replacement cable provides form-fit compatibility with the original connector layout, supporting the same electrical pathways and contact arrangement as the factory-installed part. Using this connector cable reduces installation complexity because it aligns with standard mounting points and connector housings. It is manufactured to deliver consistent signal integrity for internal TV connections and to withstand typical thermal and mechanical stresses encountered during normal use and repair operations.

Suitable for

• Service-level replacement of damaged or broken internal connector cables
• Repairing signal or power interruptions caused by worn wiring harnesses
• Restoring factory-style internal connections after component replacement
• Use by professional technicians and experienced DIY repairers familiar with TV disassembly

Key specifications

• Type: internal TV connector cable / wiring harness
• Compatibility: designed for compatible Samsung television models requiring the same connector layout
• Construction: multi-conductor cable with factory-style connector housings and crimped contacts
• Function: transmits internal signals and/or power between mainboard and board-level components
• Durability: rated for standard thermal and mechanical conditions typical for TV internal components

How to use

Before beginning replacement, disconnect the TV from mains power and follow ESD-safe handling procedures. Access the internal connector area by removing the back cover according to the service manual for the specific TV model. Disconnect the old cable from its mating connectors by releasing any retention clips and gently withdrawing the housings. Install the replacement cable by aligning connector housings and seating them until retention features engage. Reassemble the TV panels and test the unit for restored functionality and signal continuity before completing the service.

Recommendations

Handle the cable by the connector housings and avoid pulling on individual wires. Verify connector orientation and seating to prevent misalignment of contacts. If unsure about compatibility with a specific model or if the repair requires additional components, consult the official service documentation or seek assistance from an authorized service technician.
