Key specifications

• Function: paper feed/transport roller for Laser/LED printers
• Compatibility note: designed for compatible Samsung ML-series printers
• Material characteristics: wear-resistant surface optimized for standard office paper
• Installation: user-replaceable component, typically accessible from the paper path area
• Performance effect: improves feed reliability and reduces misfeeds and jams

How to use

Turn the printer off and unplug it before performing any maintenance. Open the printer access panels to reach the paper path and locate the worn roller. Remove any retaining clips or covers as required by the printer model, then withdraw the old roller and install the replacement roller into the same mounting points, ensuring correct orientation and secure seating. Close panels, plug in the printer, and run a test print or feed to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Inspect paper quality and alignment when replacing the roller; using appropriate paper weights and keeping paper stored in dry conditions will maximize feed performance. Replace rollers at first signs of slipping, uneven feeding, or increased jams. Follow the printer manufacturer's maintenance instructions for safe handling and disposal of used parts.
