Schwaiger FEB4004 531 Earthing Kit

This SCHWAIGER® 4-way earthing block (Grounding kit Schwaiger FEB4004 531) is designed for earthing and equipotential bonding of coaxial cables and metal housings of multiswitches in antenna and satellite systems. The device routes the shieldings of up to four coaxial cables through a common earth point; from there an earthing conductor connects to the equipotential bonding bar to avoid potential differences.

Advantages

The metal construction with a silver finish provides mechanical robustness and long service life. The four-way design allows centralised grounding of multiple coaxial lines and metal housings. The unit is compatible with broadband, antenna and satellite installations where equipotential bonding is required, and it helps to reduce the risk of differences in potential between connected components.

Suitable for

• Grounding shieldings of up to four coaxial cables
• Equipotential bonding of multiswitch metal housings
• Antenna and satellite reception systems
• Installations requiring connection to an equipotential bonding bar

Key specifications

• Brand: SCHWAIGER
• Model / MPN: FEB4004 531
• EAN: 4004005019728
• Type: 4-way earthing block / grounding kit
• Material / finish: metal, silver

How to use

Pass the shielding (outer conductor) of each coaxial cable through the corresponding terminal of the earthing block and secure according to the block's fastening method. Connect the earthing terminal of the block to the building's equipotential bonding bar or earth conductor using an appropriate gauge earthing cable. Ensure all connections are tight and corrosion-free and that the grounding conductor follows local electrical regulations.

Recommendations

Install and connect this grounding kit in accordance with local standards and regulations for lightning protection and equipotential bonding. If unsure, consult a qualified electrician or installer to verify correct sizing of the earth conductor and proper connection to the equipotential bonding bar.
