Schwaiger SPI085PR011 Satellite Antenna

The SCHWAIGER Satellite antenna SPI085PR011 is an 85 cm offset reflector designed for reception of satellite TV and radio within the 10.7–12.75 GHz frequency range. Constructed from aluminum and steel with a red finish, the antenna supports a wide elevation angle (0–80°) and a dual LNB support arm that matches the dish colour. Its size and offset design provide increased reception reserve under adverse weather conditions such as rain or snow.

Advantages

The offset reflector shape and 85 cm diameter deliver improved signal margin in poor weather, while the aluminium and steel construction ensures structural stability and long-term durability. A dual LNB support arm allows installation of two LNBs for receiving multiple satellites, and an integrated scale on both sides of the support arm simplifies setting the elevation angle. The back part and support arm are colour-matched to the reflector for a uniform appearance.

Suitable for

• Home satellite TV reception (free-to-air and encrypted channels)
• Small apartment buildings and houses
• Dual-satellite reception setups using two LNBs
• Locations with variable weather where additional signal reserve is required

Key specifications

• Model: SCHWAIGER SPI085PR011
• Frequency range: 10.7–12.75 GHz
• Type: Offset reflector antenna
• Diameter: 85 cm
• Elevation angle range: 0–80° (scale on dual LNB arm)
• Materials: Aluminum and steel
• Colour: Red
• Height: 905 mm
• Supports dual LNB configuration

How to use

Mount the antenna on a suitable mast or wall bracket following local mounting regulations and ensuring a clear line of sight to the desired satellite position. Fit one or two compatible LNBs on the dual support arm and use the elevation scale to set the initial elevation angle. Fine-tune azimuth and elevation while monitoring receiver signal strength until you achieve optimal reception. Secure all bolts and connectors and weather-seal cable entries to prevent water ingress.

Recommendations

For best performance, locate the antenna where obstructions (trees, buildings) do not block the satellite path and periodically check fastenings and cable condition; tighten mounts after strong winds and clear snow or ice from the reflector to maintain signal quality.
